Reading verses about family
Families in the Bible lived in a different world, and some verses reflect the household rules of their time, such as Ephesians 6:1–4 and Colossians 3:20–21. Others are often used today, for example Psalm 127:3 at the birth of a child or Joshua 24:15 as a saying for a home. Psalm 27:10 and Psalm 68:5 speak of God as a father to the fatherless and to those whose parents have left them. The context view shows each verse in its chapter. For a card, the length filter helps.
